Vista BMW in Coconut Creek Fl.
I recently got a 335i from them, and there were a couple of damages, especially on the hood. There were serious dents and very deep scratches on the hood. I took it back to get it fixed, and I picked it up a couple of days later. The dents were completely gone, but they did a crappy job on the scratches. I talked with the manager, and he told me to give him, or my sales person, a call on monday. So, I took the car in on monday again, and i picked it up today. The scratches are completely gone, and I am extremely satisfied and very happy with Vista. Our relationship was a bit rocky in the beginning, but after today, it has gotten way better. I truly recommend this dealership. They will take good care of you, and I want to say thanks to them, great job

It wasnt a new car. It was a BMW demo car, and the only real damage was the hood. There were dents and deep scratches. The deal was that if they were going to fix the hood, we would take the car that night, so they said they were going to and we took the car. I took the car back in a couple of days later to get it fixed, and when I saw it, the scratches looked pathetic. They pretty much just touched it up with some ouch up paint. So, I decided to talk to the manager (I wasnt in a very good mood at this time) and he told me that he had a couple of options and to bring it in on Monday. So I took the car in and picked it up the day after, and after closely examining the hood, they switched it out with another montego 335 that was in their used car lot. Im really happy that they did this, and that they didnt repaint it.
