Congrats and Welcome.

Your options sound great. As a suggestion, you should consider switching to Terra Dakota leather. It goes great with Black Sapphire.

Welcome - you made a great choice in vehicle. I'm with BMW06 - Comfort Access is a wonderful option and should be considered.

Stop what you're doing, call your Sales guy and have them add Comfort Access. You can thank us later.

Congrats! Best purchase you ever made.

Welcome and congrats on your order! I will assume that you are not a stupid child and won't tell you to add some option or another that I'm sure you are well aware exists.

I hope that SL500 was an old used one - or else you are taking a HUGE step backwards!

Thanks for the advice...Im just going to the bmw site to find out more about comfort access and the prices..
I initially wanted the Terra interior but the salesman told me it is bad in South Africa for resale.
The SL500 was sold as i moved from Canada...The new facelift one has been ordered as well...lol
Thanx

CA is a must ........ Aluminum Pedals are really nice, you'll find yourself staring at your feet instead of out the window .... If you stay with Black and Burl ....... (which I did, after coming close on Terra) ..... I put the Burl shifter on ....... looks a little more classic although I liked the aluminum as well,...... but believe it or not it feels better especially in the winter.

only thing that I have heard to consider is Jet Black instead of Black sapphire. The Jet Black waxes better and hides chips and scrapes better than BS. Also, here in the USA on the 3 series and 5'er BS is a $475 premium over the non-metallic jet black.
