Lease Assumption: 2007 BMW 335i coupe ($572)
**SOLD!!*** carried over from a previous thread (definitely interested on selling ) 2007 BMW 335i coupe. I picked her up brand new off the truck on September 3 2007 with 20 miles. 2007 BMW 335i coupe, Sparkling Graphite, black leather, aluminum trim VIN# WBAWB73577P155339 Build date = 8/2007 mileage = 46XX 6-speed manual w/ m-sport shifter sport package heated front seats sirius satellite radio until sept 3 2008 Oil changed, including filter @ 1160 miles w/ mobil 1 5W-40. Always use shell gasoline; 93 octane. Did not exceed 4k rpm during first 1200 mile break-in period Garaged kept always. Always park in BFE to avoid idiots. Waxed twice with mequiars NXT; once at delivery and once before the winter. Leather seats cleaned and conditioned with mothers in late Oct. Washed at least once or twice a week by coin-op. Absolutely no accidents, no damage, no CEL, no MILS, never any problems; no visit to dealership for any reason. Even has new car smell still... 189 wheels and tires have been off the car since about 2500 miles, meanwhile snow tires are on now. Current net payoff = $44,007.11, or $692/mo (including 6% tax, 30 mos remaining) mileage/yr = 12000 I would be willing to pay for the paper-work transfer. Base = 652.83, tax = 39.17. Incentive is open for discussion, make me an offer. Right now, im comfortable with $2150 back to you. After incentive, price = $572 + tax. OR buyit price = $40900 Make me an offer!! I maybe willing to chip in with shipping, depending on incentive/sale price! Here is the lease assumption process (at the end): http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...ase+assumption Reason for selling: i have a great opportunity to goto the motherland for 6mos + for work, and it would be nice to not pay for a car that im not going to drive. Also it would great to lower my debt to income ratio a little bit. When i return, probably pick up something a little less pricey. Im open to options...except losing a ton of money. FYI...the person who assumes the lease and turns it in keeps my security deposit/last months rent of $700.
So thats $2500 incentive to you, i pay $450 paperwork transfer fee, and you keep the $700 security deposit. |
