I thought the bavdom issue was settled without being settled. The last time i was reading it, unlazy people just decided to take their own action and tell their CC companies and banks about it and get their money back. I think this has become a bigger issue now.

We.buy.our.MIRO.wheels.from.bavx. We purchase them regularly, and we purchase them often. I can prove this, if need be. What do you not understand about this? Sorry, guys. I know you want to pin us to the wall, but you can't - we've done nothing wrong, we have proven that, and you need to move on with your lives. JL |

honestly give him a break guys, you all got your wheels and got great service, obviously the wheels are MIRO wheels, so who cares whether he is authorized or not. shit i sell thousands of things on ebay regularly and i'm in no way authorized to sell anything. but i dont get the vendors here complaining about other vendors, thats the business world, is that a hard concept to grasp?

I don't think you guys understand the trouble JLevi has put me through. At this point, MiRo is not my main concern, but the fact that JLevi tried to blame all of this on ME!
Yes, I'm not kidding! Read this and I will explain in a second: Quote:

How many times did you use the word "you" in your phrasing and point directly towards me? uh huh. The fact here is, JLevi kept threatening me to delete my posts/thread/signature! Later he went on to accuse me for all of this when 1) I had no influence in MiRo's decision to post that announcement on their website and 2) All I did is educate the public on what they are getting in before they actually purchase from JLeviSW. This is ridiculous and when JLevi began to blame me for this incident, I became very irritated. Good luck with your company JLevi. -PJ

lolers. just read the other thread. very interesting. dont really find jlevi at fault... they're just reselling wheels. the whole point about not being an authorized dealer is kinda confusing to me. who really cares? its like me going to costco to buy a crapload of pie and reselling it for more than what i paid for it. i mean if thats wrong then maybe it is... but i dont find anything wrong with it.
if jlevi claimed to be authorized dealers...(i dont know if they ever did) then sure they'd be wrong for saying so. but saying they're selling miro wheels and doing so...means nothings wrong.

With all due respect, and no offense, are you so inept in comprehending English that I need to repeat myself here, even after our PMs last night?
I am NOT, and I repeat myself, NOT, unhappy about the BavDom situation. I have already had it taken care of by AMEX and will get my money back. I, in no way, shape, or form, intend to hold the mods, the admins, or the owner(s) of the site responsible for what happened in the BavDom CAI intake group buy. I'm just simply applauded by the ALT/MIRO's initial attack and the way the mod joined in the attack almost right away...... Aren't mods suppoed to be impartial not to take sides until things settle? Where's this mod when we needed support in the BavDom GB? Happy mudslinging and post as many of your sigs as possible. K

i was only a moderator as of friday morning. when i posted the other stuff on E92_335's thread, this was before i even became a moderator. i know this is only a gap of less than one night, but at the time i did not know that i would have moderator status as of friday morning. i was asked to be a moderator some time ago, but was not aware when this would actually take place. in the past i've helped out members that have had issues with vendors. if you have to, just do a search for trendix. socal and norcal members, including myself, did our very best to help out members who had their money stolen by trendix. from that, i learned that a person that has had their money stolen can only do so much. but there are things you can do to protect yourself. - don't pay by cash. use something that leaves a paper trail. - if you paid by credit card, contact your credit card company. credit card companies do not take these types of things lightly. - if you paid by paypal, always use a linked credit card. paypal in most cases is not very helpful. from that, you can fall back on your credit card company. - put in a complaint with the local authorities if possible. also put in a complaint with www.ic3.gov - warn your fellow members. that's what this forum is for. - and if there are other members that are in the same situation, trade info with each other so you can build a case. my last post to jlevi was just a suggestion to make their statement a little clearer that said, lets try to keep this thread on topic and keep the bavdom stuff on the bavdom thread.

Wow! If Jlevi can prove they are selling real Miro wheels (which seems highly likely at this point), then Miro needs to change that website ASAP or maybe sometime in the near future Jlevi won't need to worry about being an authorized dealer.
