MODs are to your liking and not everyone's else, so don't expect to get your 3500 back for them or even a half of it...or sit on the car till you get it. Therefore, it is very fair what the seller's doing.
On the other hand, the new car is $49k with all the options, so it is a good deal...minus that I would never even look at the car (not meant for the track) that was tracked and who knows what else...

I am just wondering where in your advertisement do you let prospective buyers know that if the dealership sees those mods on a LEASED car that they can have the car taken away and still be liable for making the remaining payments?

Also, the general rule of thumb on modifications on a car up for sale is that you never recover the costs of mods. That's money you've thrown out the window.

Sorry to be a grumpy guy, but you're putting a potential buyer in a very nasty situation.
