To make a long story short. I ordered quite a few things from tischer.

Got the packages delivered, packed great, and on time.

Only 1 problem...missing 1 part.

Contacted EVAN, he took care of everthing. It was not his fault in any way, it was some sort of software problem with bmw. Not only did he take care of it, he is going to ship it out overnight and no cost. Excellent customer service.

These guys rock!!!!

Gotta echo on this one... Some internal IT problem came across my order and half of my order was shipped while the other had a status of "ordered."

I PM'd Evan and he shipped out the other part immediately at their cost. Impressive.

From a business standpoint, mistakes WILL happen. It's inevitable, and every once in a while things don't go smoothly. It's not how problem free an experience is that makes a good business... It's either 1) a huge number of problem free experiences, or 2) how the business takes care of problems, that really exemplifies their strengths.

Kudos to Evan, thanks for making things right immediately without any hassle. Will order from you guys again for sure.
