Thumbs up E90 Turbo spy shots!

Have you guys seen these spy shots yet? They were taken by a regular bimmerfest member in California and clearly show a boost gauge.

There isn't anything wrong with some wishful thinking and right now I wish that I could just trade my 330i in for an M3 (As soon as it comes out)

Outstanding! We should do a poll on who wants to see the 335i (turbo) marketed in the USA. Likewise for diesels.

Here's a direct link to a shot of the boost gauge.

My imagination, or does the ?turbo have similar bumber cladding to the 'sports kit' in the thread: New 3-series sports kit coming by Raikkonen ?

Factory mounted intercooler! :rocks: What a sight for sore eyes. This looks like it's being tested in California so looks like U.S. market is gonna get it??

I just noticed that there's a 7k redline on that car. Diesels don't go up to 7k redline do they? If that's right then this looks like a good sign that this isn't just a turbo diesel!

I am actually thinking that this car is being developed specifically for the US market. BMW knows that Americans go bananas over horsepower and that the competition generally has more (stated) HP than their BMW counterparts. This car may be marketed to those people who really like the E90, but who want considerably more power than the 330 offers without losing the convenience of a 4-door.

Hope they will get rid of that exhaust. Doesn't fit well on an E90 IMO.

Nice catch...I didn't notice that.
Even so, if this hot-rod surfaces here in the U.S., its gonna command a serious premium.
