UK Forum: Post / Thread of the Year 08 - VOTE NOW!

Having little else to concentrate on today, I thought about having an award for the UK Post / Thread of the Year.

Just post a link to the thread you're nominating & add a comment if you like.

If we say the competition is open to all posts / threads made since January 07.

As nominations increase, I'll add a poll & that will decide the winning post / thread.

I'm thinking of having an 'Awards Ceremony' at UK5, with some sort of prize being awarded to the winner, which reminds me....Steve.... can you get a couple of 'models' to stand around, looking 'pretty' on the evening of Sat April 26th?

EDIT: Here are the links to the threads you are now voting for:

1 Comfort Access
2 Quality landscaping...
3 what are YOU having for lunch?
4 e92s or BMWs in general - a target?
5 Potholes and damage rim?
6 An Ode To Carlos....
7 Vote Carlos for Mod
8 Newbies - Say 'H E L L O' HERE!

Hahaha I missed that Indian Summer one

I think we're going to find a common theme going through the best theads of the year... anyone want to hazard a guess at what it is?! No prizes though...

And for my vote, I have three to put forward:

1) The One About The Quality Landscaped Dragstrip

2) The One About The Simcard

3) My favourite image of the year... (well, I'm biased..!)

Wink

Perhaps I should just change the competition to 'UK Forum: Carlos' Post / Thread of the Year 08', then?

Floyd- No, I think Carlos is still confused about Indian Summers in the north-west of England.

It's almost a full year since the following thread:

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...ghlight=fridge

Edit .. I have just uncovered evidence of VERBAL ABUSE in the 'comfort access' thread :

Let's face it...it's going to be either the fridge thread, or one about Carlos.

Comment: It was planned to sing this at UK4, but Carlos pulled a 'shamzie', the f***wah.

All the best.

I came across this old thread, which brought back a few memories & nightmares.

Thread: Carlos for Mod!
Comment: Will have to get round to setting up a patent for the CarlAss device.
