Yeah like I said I will ask a friend of mine that works for the sheriffs office.

Can you provide some evidence that supports this claim? So far the only evidence in this thread says that it is legal in 40 of the 50 states.

I can't go to the guysoflidar link (blocked at work), but is this the one that scored almost a 100% and at the time of the test it was a prototype? If so, I'm in if I can order a total of 4 heads. 1 unit, 2 heads and 2 additional heads.

Just traded in my 2003 E46 vert for a 2007 M6 vert. Could'nt wait for the E92vert with DSG. I was torn but ultimately decided on the M6. On the M6 board nobody is interested in the LI. If possible, I would be interested in a unit with four heads also.

Thanks. Interest is growing here. There is also a thread started by AndrewAZ discussing the LI and there are 7-8 people there that said they would buy it as well.
