Installed new boost solenoids (both) and changed ALL vacuum hoses to 3.5mm black silicone hoses. Solved my 30FF boost codes and now it?s pulling like a freight train. According to MHD, I am boosting around 19 psi... Currently FBO with MHD Stage 2+ FMIC 93 octane.

Next? Most likely xHP transmission tune...

Nice. What size tires are you running? Require any tips/tricks like fender mods or extra negative camber to make it work?

Looks great!

235/40/18 up front
265/35/18 in the rear

I ran them for about 3 months on stock MSport suspension and arms. No rubbing at all for me.

I'm currently on m3 arms front and rear and a B12 Kit. No rolled fenders, spacers, or anything. They fit great, and I haven't noticed any additional rubbing.

Decided to try out painting the interior trim this weekend. Went with a splatter pattern using a plastidip base coat as well as gloss coat with non-plastidip splatter. I think it came out well.

Used some leather cleaner on my seats. Great to see the leather shine and know that it's keeping it well conditioned!

Oddly enough I really like this. It's a nice change of pace to see someone do something unique.

Thanks, really digging it. I?ve seen several splatter jobs but most simply flick the paint causing lots of little specs everywhere. I wanted more of a drip effect.

Did a transmission drain, new filter / seal and gaskets, and fill. And did a drain and fill on my transfer case.

I can't remember the thread, but who ever came up with a seal puller using the plastic plumbing was great. Pulled the filter seal right out. Had to rig up a 24mm socket with a 17mm socket inside to make an impromptu seal driver to get the new one back in place.

And a 14mm by 30mm long section of allen key with a ratcheting 14mm wrench works perfect to get to the fill plug on the transfer case.

First time doing a drain/filter/fill on your transmission? Mileage? Notice any improvement after the change?

I'm at 162K miles and NEVER have had this drain/fill done. I want to do it but I am afraid of ruining my transmission.

I would first plug up some type of diagnostic system and check to see if the wear sensor for the transmission fluid is faulted.

ordered new angel eyes, new carbon fiber b/w Rundels and black 335I badge. Also got the full set of BMW shadow line trim around the windows. All this plus turbo install. This weekend is going to kick my ass. But so worth it.

While thinking of PSS10 coils, I decided to keep the FSD's for now and added Eibach pro kit lowering springs (front only). I included after and before pictures. Really enjoy look and ride so far and no rubbing with the 275/245 Michelin tires!

I had a cup of coffee and drove mine into downtown Seattle prior to the 7am rush hour. I averaged 26.8mpg on the trip. Uneventful, going with some N54 buddies to Twin Peaks this evening to talk cars over a drink or two.
