A few questions about intake

Sorry, but im a complete noob on intakes and such but after seeing some videos on youtube and a couple of threads here i am interested, however i have a few questions

1.What kind will fit a e90 328i and which one of these is the best(sound, quality, price)? I thinking about the Simota Carbon fiber one sold by Jlevi

2.I know that the Intake wont really increase horsepower by much but anyone have any idea how many?

3.Void my OEM Intake warranty??

4.How easy is the installation, i was thinking of every time car is at the dealer, the intake comes off and OEM is back in....

5.How will this affect fuel economy and engine life?

Thanks!

1. anything that fits the 325i/330i should fit the 328. britalman, fujita, simota, gruppe m, gruppe m rep

2. most is like +5hp/+8tq? find ksfrogman's dyno of gruppe m (authentic) and thats probably the best results you'll get without a tune.

3. what? lol you don't have to worry about this. if your engine dies or something and its because of your intake then its your fault... other than that you dont need to worry.

4. shouldn't be too hard if your planning to do this before you go to the dealer everytime... practice makes perfect? only hard part i would guess is learning how to take off that sensor.

5. should increase fuel economy cause more O2 getting in... but then again most people end up driving faster to hear their intake... engine life... probably not gonna significantly shorten it.
