How does the TPMS look like? Is it embedded in the tires, or the cap that keeps the air in?

It lives inside the wheel . . . sends a signal to the pickups in the car. If you currently have an E90, these are "ready to mount" on your car. Simply follow your owners manual to re-calibrate to the new wheels.

If you have a car that doesn't have TPMS, no biggie . .you'll never know.
