can that m-tech bumper be bought from a dealer? i thought to m-tech from bmw looked diffrent

No you can't buy from dealers because the front bumper does not have fender reflectors and therefore not illegal in North America. Last check MW Design and Duke Dynamics both import OEM M-Tech kits privately. I bought mine from MW Design last summer.
