I dont know what to tell you, maybe you are smarter than my Tint guy and myself. Do you have black interior? Its 5% b/c I switched my initial choice from 15% to 5% to make sure it was really dark. its so dark my friends joke that it looks like the car drives itself. my buddies 750 has 15% on it and you can easily see the diff. in darkness.

I had 5% on my last 330 and had a hard time seeing to the rear at night. I now have 13% and its perfect. Dark enough to give privacy without the drawbacks of loss of view.

I dunno...having 5% tints on the front windows in Los Angeles pretty much gets you an automatic ticket in my opinion.

5% all around here in AZ - been here about 4 and a half years and never gotten a ticket.

The only time 5% gives me a hassle is backing out of the garage - I just roll down the windows.

whats the point of gettin tints so dark...it would only get cops attention..unless you like collecting fines from cops..lol

i got 35% all around and my interior is black..so it looks alot darker...

5% tints is just overkill if you ask me I'd get 20% if I were you its still pretty dark but yet its more reasonable

Your Ti probably looks like a cheap limo with that tint, b/c I have never once thought that about ANY of my BMW's. Secondly, the tint IS for privacy, you dont know who I am...

However, in retrospect 5% is a little too dark with my black interior...
