Unhappy Bimmian Customer Service

For xmas this past year my wife ordered me the xenon angel eye upgrade kit from Bimmian. with the lousy weather in PA I did not get to install them until this pat weekend. After install I get an error light on the dash whenever I turn lights on.

I wrote to cust service and was told they will only give me a store credit, not a refund since I have had them past the 45 day return policy. In my opinion this seems wrong given the fact I am getting an error code even though more than 45 days has passed. Even if they are "technically" right, I feel disappointed and am unlikely to shop there again.

What do you guys think?

I don't completely disagree with them, although as a consumer I can see why you are displeased. It's not technically their fault that you didn't install them earlier. What they can/should do is have you ship it back and then they'll ship you another set that probably or hopefully won't throw codes, and then be done with it.

that would be a unreasonable reason not to use them again. they have their customer policies in effect, of which u are obliged to read. it is not directly their fault for the error, but the supplier. and if you bought the same product anywhere else, ud be in the same situation. ive used them alot, and i highly reccomend them. its all up to you if you want to be a reasonable customer, or a stubborn one. but i tell you, dont give up on them, and be glad ur getting full store credit! you know how much cool shit they have there!?

i dont even know why ur complaining. suck it up and move on.
