M logo door stills. DIY possible?

Anyone know how to or seen any DIY guides of swapping out the door stills on the E90? I did a search and didn't find anything. I'm Planning on getting some M logo ones (shown above) soon from Tischer BMW and want to know if I need to take it to a shop to be done or if i can do it myself.

thanks

I think that piece is held down by 4 or 5 clips, similar to what's holding the A/B/C pillar covers in place. The trick is to apply very gentle force to pop the old piece. Otherwise, the clips can break and fall into the sills. I don't know if there's a way to remove them once they are inside.

Why would you want the door sills with the M logo on it if you don't drive an M series? NEver understood the concept of that.
