Lux 4.0 Problem OH NO!

Lux 4.0 problem. I have had my lux for about 7 or 8 months. I kept thinking that my bulb out error was due to my new led license plate lights (it's not the problem kev )

Unfortuately on my way home last night I was behind a black truck on the offramp, I noticed one side I could only see my D1S bulbs, and on the other side I could see the D1S and the angel eyes. So I got home and Turned on my angel eyes only. This is what I see. I purchased them from NAMOTORSPORTS, I wonder do they have any kind of warranty either through them or through Marc himself?

Both sides work, one side is just EXTREMELY dim, as is evident in the pictures. It looks bright in the picture but only because the camera is white balancing, as we all know the LUX 4.0 on the drivers side is not as bright as the low beams

Has anyone else had this problem?

Maybe you should try checking the connection?

You think a loose connection could be the problem? I'm gonna tell Mr. Long Tran himself you said that! (He put them in for me)

The lifespan of the types of LED's Marc uses are in the 10's of thousands of hours.

The connection went bad, the LED went bad, or worst case the unit is bad. Marc/NA will take care of you, no worries.
