Same problem.. What was the cost?
Hey mikayls101.. I am having the same problem. How much would it cost to replace the starter? I am contemplating whether to send my car to dealership or an indie garage. The dealership can give free rental car.

This may not be your same problem though. My car would not start and lights would all be on with full power. I have a 6spd so I would push start it and then after driving for a while it would overheat because the water pump would not kick in since it had no ground.

e90 no crank no start
07 e90 won't crank won't start. No warning signs to this problem, I drove a few miles and went to start and got this noise. Battery is new and showing 12.6v, I put a load on it and is good. Terminals look good. Unplugged intelligent battery sensor. Swapped CAS relay, pulled all glove compartment fuses, tapped on starter a few times...all nothing. Anyone have this problem or have any suggestions?? |
