shaving usually don't go past 5mm LOL...and shaving doesn't make the offset more aggressive duh (opposite effect of adding spacers)...so it'll only tuck in more.

Yes you can fit the rear by rolling fenders only assuming you go for the normal 265 tires.

dude I can believe you're still confused with offset after all this discussion. No offense, I used to be a noob as well, but this stuff become crystal clear after I messed around with the offset calculator for a couple minutes.

u only can put 15mm spacer(uaually 15,18 or 20mm) for front to make it less offset.

Is it possible to shave the front hub aswell, or is that only done to the rear?
