I was always under the assumption that a sun roof was made of glass and a moon roof was a solid piece of metal that worked the same as a sun roof except not glass. However, BMW calls it a moon roof, even though its made of glass. Even if I dont have mine open, I usually keep the shade open to allow more light in and give an airy feel.

Errrr.....
Advertising gimmic. In the damp, cold, wet countries, it's a sun roof to let some 'fresh air and sunshine in' - if the sun ever breaks through the cloud.... All the shit hot countries it's a moon roof, because nobody in their right mind would have their heads burnt during the day by the scorching sun!!! AC rules ok! ![]() Tell me I'm wrong.... |
