Some people are seriously *ucked up!

Guy buys a new Audi A4 and spends 2 days detailing it:

http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/foru...ad.php?t=72763

(Pics have disappeared!)

A week later,this:

http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/foru...ad.php?t=73453

Pics have now gone. Some nob jockey had poured paint stripper all over a brand new car, every panel was *ucked!

Enough to make you cry,the poor Guy must be gutted!

No pic as have been removed from photobucket.

Such a waste of a new nice car. I feel for the poor guy. Wonder what area he lives in?

Ian,

I looked at the pictures last night and I was so upset looking at them. I do not understand damaging other peoples property it's just beyond me. I see a nice car and am really pleased for the person owning it. It could be a mint Mark 1 Golf GTI or a Veyron I admire it and would always give the owner a knowing smile - say at a petrol station for example.

Now I am not stupid and if you have nothing and can never imagen being able to get nice things the world is not the same place. But, I just cannot get this and so premeditated as well it's sick. They might walk past and scratch (spur of the moment jelous act/showing off) but paint stripper just is beyond words......... It made me sick for the owner his/her brand new pride and joy they have saved to buy ruined by a mindless act = just so sad.

Someone must have been watching him do all that work (that didn't like him maybe?) - first chance he/she got - paint stripper. I can't believe that was just a random act - there must have been some reason.....

I saw this posted up on another forum, and followed the link - there was a "You know what you did, don't come on here acting all innocent" style post in there that somehow disappeared a little later...

Sometimes there can be 'motive' rather than 'reason' - but often it's just jealousy

Similar thing happened to a friend of mine, his 'ex' decided to take 'revenge' on his 3 Series Coupe. Smashed every window, before tipping several litres of Dulux's finest 'gloss' over every panel.

Thats so messed up...
A more 'docile' sort of vandalism happened to my cousin's Jaguar XK8, with the words, "NICE CAR" keyed into the door...

Very sad how we live in a day and age, where it is wrong for someone to be successful in life..

Is it just me, or is it getting worse?

I did think whilst reading the thread that such extremes of damage were not just a random act of vandalism.
No one walks around with paint stripper in their pocket, if someone is just out to commit damage to cars for kicks they would just key a car, most people have keys in their pockets.

That looks far more like a premeditated act, one I'm sure the victim could point a finger at.
I noticed that both threads have now been 'closed', perhaps there is more to the story than the poster originally let on?

Just looked again, and the thread had been viewed 54,810 times!
