Question 328i Sedan $148 a month?

I built a 328i Sedan and priced the lease in at invoice - which is what I expect to get my new car at - I used 66% residual, 3.9% lease rate and a 24month lease and it came to $148 a month - is this right? I've attached a screen shot to show you guys...

Why dont you use the lease calculator on BMWs web site?

Edit: http://www.bmwusa.com/Standard/Conte...aseOffers.aspx

Shows there special lease offer they have going on for 429 for 36 mos and 10k miles

You want 24 mos which puts it up higher and prob more miles also.

you did it wrong , if you see it says that the residual value is 43,320... which is obviously not the case.

Try leasecompare.com - unless you're a horrible negotiator you won't come close to paying the bmwusa.com estimates. Relying on the BMWUSA/BMWFS calculator will anchor you into settling for higher payments than you should. Leasecompare ends up high as well because you can likely get a better deal on the purchase price than the baseline leasecompare.com uses, but it's at least a little more neutral than the one put out by BMWFS.
