How do you adjust UUC swaybar endlinks?

nuff said... haha...

I'm about to try to adjust them myself... not sure exactly how... I'm thinking you just rotate the center piece and the two ends of the endlink will go in and out of the centerpiece?

Q2: How do I know how much to tighten it? Or how do I know when the endlinks are the correct length (I can't match them to the stock endlinks because I dropped my car on some KWv2's)

Q3: Can I tighten them while they are attached? Or do I need to take them off and adjust them?

Thanks guys!

so in case someone else needs to know the answer, you just turn the center piece of the endlinks and you will see the rods from either end go in or out of the center piece.
