The importance of Camber/Castor plates....?

hey guys,
I'm just looking for some info regarding the importance of Camber/Castor plates and even shock mounts when going with a set of coilovers. I will be tracking the car around 10 - 12 times a year (maybe more) and the car will double up as a daily driver....

Can the plates be added at a later stage once i've bult up enough track experience or will it be best just to go ahead and do it at the same time as the coilovers

Thanks in advance
