N55 Belt Tensioner issue?

Hello!
Having a weird noise on my E92 N55.
I recently did OFHG and Valve cover and afterwards im getting this sound. Not sure where it’s coming from but i’m suspecting the belt tensioner? I should mention that i did clean the belt and pulleys after OFHG job incase of coolant residue.

I have tried to listen with a stethoscope and i’ve only been able to hear the sound when pointing it somewhere behind the belt tensioner against the engine block. The sound does echo below aswell but i hear it best when closest to the belt tensioner.

Does that sound like a tensioner issue to to you guys? The belt and tensioner are relatively new, approximately 4k miles.

Help is much appreciated.

Even though the belt and tensioner are fairly new, inspect them for any wear, misalignment, or tension problems. Also, noise echoing in the engine bay can make diagnosis tricky, but if it's clearest near the tensioner, it's likely the source. Don't overlook pulley bearings, as they can also cause similar sounds. If not sure, you can also check with your local mechanic.
