Check the forum as there lies the answer to your question. I think E90Fleet already did this poll.

Check with your VIN. There is a plant location reference guide somewhere here, but you'd need your VIN. Your CA should have your VIN, if you can't get him, access OC through your Production number and when your slot is already in 150 status, your VIN will be displayed under order details. If you don't have your production number, chase after your CA, he should've given you this number by now.

VIN or right by the driver door when you get the car. It should be most likely be Munich if its 330i but I might be wrong...

There is a good post about this here:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=828

Your dealer has the most up to date information but the 800 number is pretty good too.

WBA=BMW AG...( that just clues you in that its made in Germany and not S.Carolina or S. Africe) ... the specific plant code is the 11th digit of your VIN. For e.g. Mine is P = Regensburg, E. Bavaria

Not all USA 325i are made in SA

SA also makes 330i, just not for the USA

I believe (but am not 100% certain) that the 325xi and 330xi are only made in München.
