Engine Shaking

My 2008 BMW 335i e90 n54 Engine is shaking i can also feel it in the cabin, Shakes on cold start when still when driving unless you are staying one speed i tried to add videos i cant tho if you guys want videos i can send you my number let me know if you want them this is my first car I NEED HELP PLEASEEE

Could be VANOS but without any error codes no one knows. Do you have any DTCs?
