BMW of Fairfax

I picked up my new 335xi coupe yesterday and I am elated! I had a GREAT experience working with this dealership. My CA was Kyle Groom and if you are looking to purchase a BMW in the NoVA region, I would HIGHLY recommend working with Kyle. The day I test drove the car, he spent a good 2 hours explaining literally everything there was to explain, and let me test drive the car for a LONG time. During the process of waiting, I was consistently updated on the status of the car, and the pickup process yesterday was great. All in all, the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership.

not to bust your bubble b/c i'm glad you had a great sales experience, but there's usually a clear distinction between one's sales experience and service experience. please report back when you've brought your car in for service

i only say this b/c i cant remember many people having a good service experience there, but maybe they've changed their ways.

I've had a good experience at Fairfax so far, and god forbid even at VOB.

Haven't had to take my car in for service yet but always heard terrible things about Fairfax. I have had experience with their sales, not the best .. just a typical sales guy.

never had service done there but if anyone knows someone good, i wont mind going. others have recommanded me to go to Shawn in Sterling, seems to be a nice guy. i just want to find a SA that is not going to give me shit for all those mods i've on the car..lol. I mean service, not warranty work.

Fairfax is a good place to go for service, they changed their staff, again...and the current one is good. They took care of me and baby girl there will let you pick out what kind of loaner you want

All fives from me on my recent visit
