need some help~for CSL wheel - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

dose anyone used 19x8.5 CSL offest 40 on E90??front
i'm using KW V2street comfort now
i try to install the wheel with tyre, but there is not more than 5mm transverse space between tyre and suspension!

any trouble?? most need 5mm spacer?

i have ordered also 8,5 offset 40 front.

I believe the coilover take up more spacer than stock strut. Can anyone with coilover confirm these

KW shocks are larger in diameter than the stock coils however there should be enough clearance between the wheel and shock to mount. You can run a 5mm spacer in the front if there is an issue but I have never had a customer encounter this.

I've had many E90/92 customers w/ KW coilovers purchase our 19x8.5 +40 front wheels and have no problems with interference. You should be fine as long as there's nothing abnormal about your suspension.

With the ET40, you can use your V2 street comforts without a problem. You add a 5mm spacer too, they both work perfectly fine

Add a 5mm spacer and keep it to as close to stock offset as possible. If your car is not too low, you should able to fit up to 245 tires for the front.
