What about those who have had the BMW Oil Cooler retrofit from the dealership?

Seems to me that this would justify as a factory oil cooler application but I have not heard anything official.

Yes, that would be considered a factory oil cooler.

So if you are not in MD , can you still buy Oil Cooler ? can you guys ship it ?

Just had our first E90 335xi leave the shop with the Dinan Oil Cooler and software installed. Somebody's 85 horsepower and 121 lb/ft. richer, with no worries of engine overheating issues!

Jason, if you could only ship out of State! Maybe Dinan will change their mind about this regional thing when they go public, (I hope.) Nobody around here is willing to sell lower than full retail, and I don't want them experimenting on fitting the oil cooler on my car with the M Aero kit and pay full price on it as well.
