Unhappy Shop put swirls in my hood.

So here's the story. Took my car into a shop here in town to get a clear bra installed. I pick it up, they have it in the shade and I check it out, looks fine. Few bubbles left but I'm assured those will come out as the solution under it dries.

Over this past weekend we had some great weather and I was admiring my car and notice some hologram looking marks on the hood. Upon further inspection I notice that it stops about .25" from the clear bra seam across the width of the hood and there are small square spots w/o swirls (I figure it's from the tape they used to hold down the film while they worked.)

So I call them up, they ask when is a good time to bring it in and they'll take care of it. My big question is, since the car's been getting really dirty, and has lots of bugs on it from my trip over the weekend, do I wash it now, or take it in dirty? I don't want them to accuse me of causing the swirl marks, but I hate having my car as dirty as it is now. My appointment is tomorrow at noon so I'd probably only have time to just wash it. I plan on doing a full detail with several coats of zaino some time in the next week though, after the swirls are gone.

I forgot to mention, I'm doing a high performance driver school this weekend also, so it'll probably be yet another week before I can wash it. Guess I'm just getting more and more paranoid the longer I wait to wash the car.
