Hmm. I'll all for it being here in the US but it was here in 94 (still have the Tshirt). That's a relatively short period of time for a country to get it again.

I would also put money on England who are gearing up for the 2012 Olympics and have several of the most modern football stadiums (stadia?) in the world.

Holland could host, so could Italy, Spain, Brazil and many others.

Fedex and M&T Bank would work fine in the DC area. Both hold 70,000, Fedex holds 80,000 I think.
