New Company. New Products - Reproduction wheels for BMW
AluFelgen Company is pleased to introduce OEM Reproduction wheels for BMW E90/1/2/3 enthusiasts. 100% designed at the OEM level, quality & specifications. We will focus all our efforts into the BMW market only. We are on schedule to launch our 19" Style 127M (CSL) and follow up with a proper 166M (M5) and 167M (M6) replica wheel in 19" as well. We will also bring back the classic 19" 162.
Replica wheel manufacturers have a tendency to manufacture a wheel for all the applications. You can clearly see the same wheel profile regarding of the wheel width Not in our case. We will manufacture the wheels profile and offset specifically for your vehicle to prevent the typical “replica” wheel look created when wrong offsets are used. We also manufacture wheels 99% in appearance to the original Our wheels are manufactured with the highest quality casting method as oppose to most replica wheels manufacturers who prefer to use a cheaper casting method, Gravity casting, that creates easily bent and hard to balance wheels. Our cast wheels are made by Low Pressure casting which is the same used by Ronal to manufacture all BMW OEM wheels. All wheels are also clearcoated for better appearance. All our setups would be staggered as well. We decided to introduce our company with a proper CSL replica wheel simply because the market does not offer it yet. The are two current CSL offerings and on one the spoke thickness is clearly narrower than the original CSL design and the other one lacks the concavity of the CSL, both giving you the typical replica look instead of the OEM look you are trying to achieve. Here is our 19" Style 127M fresh out of the mould: We are getting photos of the final product today! There are about 8-9 different styles we have in mind including the CSL, M5, M6, E92M3 18" and 19", Style 225M, 230 and others. We would like to know your opinions, thoughts, suggestions or any comment that you might have. Also please let us know what you would like to see next. Update 12/7/2008 Front Wheel Weight: 25.4lb, Rear Wheel Weight: 26.2lbs Update 12/30/2008 More on Page 8 ORDERING INFORMATION:HERE Last edited by ALUFELGEN; 01-13-2009 at 03:34 PM.. |

Let's see the rears
Also would be interested to see your idea of a 'proper' 166M reproduction. That is one wheel type that is sorely lacking in the marketplace. More so than the CSLs (VM already does a really decent one) and M6 reps (likewise Miro). But as far as M5 reps, we could only drool at the offerings in europe. A proper 225M would be interesting. You should pay proper attention on offsets! The flusher the better...

can you please post a side view picture to show the concavity. Thanks, Danny
also, any plans on making the style 249? those wheels look sick and have a nasty concave face. |

How do they look like fakes? If anything, they look more real now since real ZCP wheels have the engravings.

Style 249 is what I consider a perfect OEM 5-spoke wheel. Too bad they do not make it for the 3-series. We`ll be offering this style in 19" setup with proper offsets as well. +1 |

Very nice, it is refreshing to see someone else step up to the plate and make some good looking wheels for a decent price. Competition among vendors only works on our advantage.

also will they be VIA and JWL certified? warranty info? thanks and very excited to see this.
PS: it would be even more kick ass if you can somehow change the offset, width, etc engraving to the e92 ones in the same font, size, etc.

About the engraving, that is exactly what we did. We replaced all the OEM info with the actual width, offset, etc. Here it is. Notice the 19x8.5J and the EH2IS35 to describe the offset. This is 19x8.0ET47 on a OE wheel. |
