I purchased the Procede V3 with harness and remote, and I recieved, the Procede ONLY.... NRG thought that it would be a great idea for me then just to buy a harness from someone else!!! and spend another 300-350. He had refused to give my money back stating that someone from the post office stole it! Finally he said yea, I refund your money just send it back, then I sent it back and he has been ignoring me ever since!!! WATCH out for this dude he's SHADY!!

Wow thats some shady shit. Call your CC, open a dispute, and get your money back. He'll respond to you then.

Yes, I opened a dispute with paypal, and they told me to dispute it with my CC company.

Yes I bought it through paypal, Its been over a week since I sent it, and he has yet to respond or give me the money back. Paypal says that once I do a chargeback back on my CC company, they'll take the money back from his account.

I couldn't believe he asked me to go buy a V3 harness (and sent my a link), and said it wasnt fair to him to give me my money back!

PayPal should cover you under the dispute? Just upload the shipping postage receipt and proof that he accepted to return for a full money back. Thats what I do in certain cases where people refuse to refund me, I win all the time. I love the paypal dispute system, so easy.

Well paypal rejected my dispute! Even with proof on paypal saying that if I sent it back he'd refund me... So I disputed through my CC company... It's still ongoing as they haven't come to a conclusion, but it should be pretty obvious when he stated to return it and he'd refund my money, but never did... but we'll see.
