Police should give tickets to thos morons who are not passing on the left regardless of their speed. Ever notice how on a 3 lane hiway there is no one on the right? WTF?

100 is the speed limit? In what world? I have been driving over 22 years and I have never been on a 400 series hiway where the traffic flow was less than 110-115 minimum. Besides the law clearly states left lane is for passing only regardless of speed.
