1. Cut the fabric to the size of the trims...(make sure the wave direction are all go same way before you cut, and make sure you leave about 1" longer on all sides of the trims.

For those who is planning to do this DIY, I suggest you do 2 -3 pieces per day. This will give you hands and brain a rest and not to rush it, cuz rushing will end up sloppy

Here are somemore pics for you to see how it look like at the back of the trims...not the nicest look at the back of the trims, but you can't see it once it snap back into the car.
![]() And here is how I work on the corner the back view of the trim(pull and stretch). On the pic below, the back side is not glue down yet and I am using my hand to hold the fabric...you can see corner is already smooth. this picture showing after trim off the fabric before you wrap around the back. Lastly here is how it look like after it glue at the back side. |

"2. Clean the trims, let it dry and apply the 3M adhesive....Apply 2-3 layers of the adhesive." what do you mean by "clean the trims"? just like wipe them down? |
