pardon my ignorance is there a BMW performance exhuast for 335i ? i believe you are driving a 328i.

Is it a catback exhaust?

There are two exhausts offered by BMW. One for the 335i and one for the 328i. The exhaust deletes a resonator and is fairly close to the length of a cathback.

Installed the intake around midnight last night. I'll write a DIY for this.

I've only driven the car for about 10-15 mins after the install. The engine difinitely sounds livelier and better with a small response improvement.

My car's in the shop now waiting for the exhaust to be installed. I'll take some pics of the install if the shop allows me.

sounds great! I take it that the video was of a cold start? Have you been able to take it ont eh highway while cruising at 2.5k-3k rpms? If so how is the cabin drone?

Is the exhaust that much more apparent from inside?

NICE!!! Let us know your thoughts when you leave the shop. Two things I found: exhaust will sound better after a few weeks of spirited driving, and your ECU will take a day or so to learn the new installs, then it really kicks ass
