Help, need V1 Hardwired ASAP!

anybody know where to get this done, I thought I could have gotten it done last weekend but unfortunately bad weather & the holidays coming up isn't making life any easier.

Also you can just tap the fuse which is much easier.

Men ticket or tickets!!!! fixed the grill to the car and changed my rims yea I can't afford to get anymore tickets I have 8 points on my license
