regional forum sections - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Hi Mods, I would be grateful if you would reorganize the regional forums to make them more user-friendly. Specifically, I would suggest that you have at least two main-level sections - one for the "US regions" and another for the "international regions" - rather than putting them all as subsections under "regional forums". Thanks.
