New Century located in Alhambra is top notch, I got A+ service from Justin Wong, always keeping me updated on my special order as long as some members on this forum. Received my car special ordered within 6 weeks. Also emailed every other dealer such as Shelly, Crevier, Long Beach, and Irvine, Justin Wong beat their prices by a longshot. Closest pricing I could get to invoice. Special thanks to Justin Wong for taking care of me last minute! Other then that he is a bastard always in a rush

I can vouch for Justin too! He is VERY helpful and answered all my questions quickly and promptly. I ordered a 335i in April and he offered the best price by far! Very easy and straightforward. my car should be coming in 2 wks

New Century's seriously not as bad as some people think
Just cuz it's full of Asians people assume it's hard to cut down the prices
But I LOVED my experience over there!!

Emailed him and he gave me an amazing quote right away. Best price I got, no back and forth, no haggling.

Great communication about when and where my car was during the 6 week wait. Gave me honest answers to all the questions I asked. Even after the sale, he spent time with me and helped me out with a discount in the parts department.

On a side note, Sonny from the finance department was also great. Again very honest, which I appreciate a lot.

And about the race thing, I see mixed races in there all the time. And I worked with Justin over email almost the whole time, so I don't think race is an issue at all.

Purchased my E92 335 from New Century BMW with no problems.

I went to Center BMW first, but they were total assholes. All the salesmen there were just staring at me for some reason. The desks on the second floor are totally open so when it came down to negotiate prices all the other salesmen were either listening in or on the phone.

My salesman at New Century (Anthony Hu) took me seriously and was great to deal with. No pressure at all.
