Tischer BMW Customer Care

Hi Guys

I am having trouble to get to contact from anyone from getbmwparts.com

After purchasing floor mats, I received an all weather liner, which is totally dif. thing. Their email from the website is not working properly, so I wonder if someone has a direct contact with them.

Pm on here or fastest way is just search for a post by evan or jason and the AOL IM address is there and you can IM them when they are online (which will most likely be early Tuesday). They are super responsive on IM or on PM - you can't actually call them anymore!

Yeah, we are closed on weekends - so you won't get a response at all until the following Monday if you inquire after 5PM on a Friday. I don't have a PM from you, so I assume it went to Evan. Our site had some major order issues over the weekend, so we're feverishly trying to get everything straightened out. I'm sure Evan will get back to you as soon as possible concerning your order. We'll make things right for you if the error was ours, so no worries there.
