Michelins

Has Michelin released a RFT for the E90 yet? If so does it require special rims?

Some E90s have OEM Michelin runflats, like the one I test drove some weeks ago.

None at all. I did around 800 km (500 miles) over a whole weekend, and it felt rock solid, even at 240 km/h plus (150 mp/h +).

Besides, those Michelin RFTs are extremely comfortable (both in terms of sidewall compliance and running noise). Much more so than my E46´s 18 inch Yokohama ES100.

Do not know if they are available in the US, though. At least, Tirerack do not mention them on their site.

Do you know the model of these tires. I want BMW to get these for me if possible.
