damn, I never even thought of not being able to open the door on those cars if you ever got upside down! Well on the bright side...it will be much easier to open the door if you ever fall into water!

Not many people relaize this but just because a car is $100k+ doesn't mean that it is safe at all. Most supercars are very unsafe and some are limited production simply because they don't comply with safety standards. I believe that the Carrera GT was pulled due to additional safety requirements for example. It is very sad that cars that are capable of going 200mph aren't as safe as everyday cars simply because they know people will buy them because they're fast. I'm not saying I definitely wouldn't buy a Ferrari/Lamborghini etc. if I had the money but it is something to think about.
