David, my pads came in today. I think I'm going to order the Menzerna polishes from pakshak so I can order some microfiber towels, too. Which towels should I get?

Get two waffle weave ones:

Two ultra-fine:

Two of ultra plush and ultra smooth (get it so I can try them out)

Just mix them up, some people prefer using different ones.

The Gourmet Pekin Inn has the best duck.

They wheel it out on a cart, present it to you and carve it in front of you.

I think it costs about $35.

My wife makes the best duck.

Slow roasted for 5.5 hours.

Not one bit of fat.

She uses the duck fat to cook home frys in.

Eden Shopping Center also sells some great duck.

We should get together at the Eden Shopping Center for a meet some day.

I hear you on Eden Center. We should all meet 'pho' lunch one of these days

On the duck, there are some places that serves simple HK style roast duck i.e. no the full boat Peking style duck service. Its simple and wholesome fare and they close very late.

I see, once again, we've veered off topic
