hum nosie, need help

I currently have the "hum hum " noise from the front wheels, only at speed range from 60-80km...the noise is not always there. it is noticeable when i press the
throttle lightly.

Not sure if the noise is produced by the wheels or the transmission.

i have that noise when i start my car in a cold day..but it might not be the same thing as what you are talking about. 0_o
