Looks like a smoke screen kit. If not, and the owner did not turn the car off, he should kill himself for being so stupid...

diesel (aka oil burner) + turbo seal fail + oil form turbo getting into intake = massively screwed until all the engine oil is burned

i guess in a stick you can dump the clutch in gear with the brakes on and stall the engine, but in an automatic you cant do that.
