Then you're not getting ANY work done Friday.

When I lived in Oregon a few years ago my office was right across the street from a small airstrip that would host the Blue Angels each year. There's nothing like a few F-18's on a low altitude fly-by a couple hundred feet over your roof to keep you distracted. If that doesn't work the low speed, high angle-of-attack flight just off the ground over the parking lot will... I've never seen so many car alarms go off at once.

This should be the same kind of thing...

I know, it's horrible! I went to the US GP in 2004 and the Canadian in 2007 and 2008... It sucks that there is no GP in North America this year.

At least we can talk about qualifying positions at the SLO meet!

Nope - watch it on telly with the windows open. I've been to quite a few, both here and in Adelaide, but I really don't enjoy going along these days.

I reckon the best time I went was a Saturday several years back, sitting opposite the serious teams pit garages during final qualifying. That was very good to watch but the race itself.......TV is much better.

yupp speed has an hd channel this year as far as i know. Is anyone getting the 1st practice live on tv? i know they are broadcasting the 2nd practice on speed, and i will stay up for that..lol

Really? Now there's some interesting news. It'll be nice to see other teams on the podium beside McLaren and Ferrari. Good seeing F1 fans on here. Nobody I know seem to care about the sport.

Which part of the rules do they violate, that makes the illegal? Which part of the stewards decision do you disagree with?

I think this diffuser design is here to stay, and you will see copies by the time we get 3 races in.
