Flashing back to stock ECU code
How does BMW tell that you've flashed back to stock code. I'm assuming they use some kind of checksum. Anybody know?

Well if its going back to stock from a Dinan, BMW already has on file that you have had the Dinan flash on your car and your car cannot be CPO'd, I am not too sure about any other ECU flashes though..
Maybe someone who has a flash can jump in....... |
