Is there anyway installing a pnp harness that tucking the wires in the firewall direction that they could be in the fan? I don't hear any noise, but just want to make sure.

No, I don't think there will be an issue with wires being stuffed in there.
It's only if you drop anything small and loose.
The fan could eventually suck it up and get clogged or damaged.

I think I have this noise as well, I am going to unplug it first to make sure.

I'm wondering if you can take the ECU box out and just fish the tape out through the hole that is left in the firewall. Thoughts?

Unplugged it this morning and it's not it. I guess mine is actually in the HVAC fan
