Can we get pics of your setup? Oh and what brand tires?
Yeah, it would be interesting to know what offsets Dinan uses. I think they're balancing on mere millimeters of clearance.

If you feel the car is unbalanced with 245+275, one simple fix is to not use maximum width on the rears. I.e. 245 fronts and 255 rears or some such. Sure, total surface area is slightly reduced but grip and balance cannot always both be maximized.

I use Goodyear F1 GSD3 tires. I'll take some pics tonight.

As you can see, this is not super aggressive but is 100% rub free. Using a more aggressive offset requires either narrower tires or rolled fenders.

And welcome to the rubbing world....for 10.5" wheel, offset should be at least 35mm. Look at diesel's rear, his tire was stretched, but the rim actually came out of the fender about 6mm at least. I ran 275/30 on a 9.5", 20mm offset and rubbed on non-sport. Marcus ran 10" Maya rim, 23mm with 265/30 and still rubbed, he had to roll the fender a little.
